So frustrated. Tried to do return but fee was half item value. I neglected to state the item was a shoe box shipped in a bag that arrived crushed, torn and broken. Went to make contact again but cancelled return being unfamiliar with website. Talked to agents of eBay and told could take time for "specialist" to review and decide.
