I was very disappointed with this seller. My order was placed on April 2nd when no tracking # had been issued on April 10th. I contacted the seller and requested that my sleep mask be shipped. Instead, I received a refund. I contacted the seller and explained that I wanted the item and not a refund ( the sleep mask was still listed for sale at a higher price). The seller contacted me a said there had been a mistake and the sleep mask would be immediately shipped - still no mask on April 29tth
