You Get What You Pay For.
It is what it says it is. It is a 4/4 violin. It has everything in it that the advertiser says it does. The bow was pretty much DOA right ut of the case. Thankfully, I had other bows. It won't say in tune. BUT, it is a $37.00 violin. Before I bought it, I took a class in Violin Repair and I am glad I did, or I wouldn't know how to put it together, but it does come with a really good 1-page insstruction manual whihk does a really good job of telling your how to assemble it. do I urge you to buy this violin for your 11-year old daughter who wanted to learn how to play violun and has her first orchestra session tomorrow? No. Is it a great instrument for someone to goof around with who wants LOT of PRACTICE TUNING (and RETUNING and RE-RETUNING) a violin. Sure! You know the old ... It is what it says it is. Do not buy!!!! Complete junk! I realize the price was low but being an adult size violin I would not expect it to be the quality of a toy. The strings do not stay tight and it is completely unusable.

Useless product, please replace with functional violin!
The product came broken and non functional. There is rattle inside violin , one string is broken, the bow is disintegrating , loosing threads, and in spite of using resin supplied we can not produce sounds. Christopher Blicharski

You get what you pay for …
It’s a pretty violin, it doesn’t play well and the sound is not that good. But, you get what you pay for and it is a good value for the amount of cost. I do not recommend though. If you want something as a decoration it’s good for that. The case is nice and it did come pretty much ready to play, you just have to put the bridge in place and rosin the bow. It was shipped quickly and actually came on the exact day they said it should arrive by. Thank you. Although this review seems negative, it’s not supposed to be. I’m just trying to be totally honest. It’s a pretty violin, it doesn’t play well and the sound is not that good. But, you get what you pay for and it is a good value for the amount of cost. I do not recommend though. If you want something as a decoration it’s good for that. The case is nice and it did come pretty much ready to play, you just have to put the bridge in place and rosin the bow. DONT BUY! Truly horrible
Cheap wood, ugly lopsided bow, off center strings, the pegs dont keep the strings tuned for even two seconds before giving out, and the dang bridge didnt even have notches in it for the strings to sit in! On top of all that, the G string came popped out on the bottom and isn't even able to stay tuned. Of course, you do get what you paid for, but I wasn't expecting it to be THIS bad. Seriously. This violin is much better at being firewood than it ever will be an instrument.
