This mini split arrived in good condition and and it shipped fast. I put it in mostly for cooling so I am not going to be using it much for a couple months yet. It was a fairly easy DIY install. I used the wire that seller sent along that goes from indoor unit to outdoor unit And then bought some 14 gauge wire and conduit to go from outdoor unit to breaker box. I did then get a professional, refrigerant technician in to charge the unit. After unit was charged it all worked well.
