I've had several different models of the LG tones & always had bluetooth range issues, problem with wire pulling out of earbuds, device not staying around my neck properly. I've now had the level pro about 3 weeks & am very pleased with audio & comfort. I wear them all day long at work & do strenuous manual labor. They stay in place well & have decent audio quality. I do wish the power up & connected tones were louder, but then again I can't hear well anymore (just ask my wife....but some of that's on purpose with her). A couple more hours out of the battery would be nice too, but they do make it through a 8/9 hour day as is. That's constantly streaming audio too.

Very poor voice quality and very low volume. Power button is on the back hard to reach then you need to take off from your neck. No Last no. Dial feature on headphone. I do not recommend this product. Go with LG same price but very good quality. Easy to use. I just stuck with this and waisted my money.

I've read similar reviews. The earplugs don't fit tightly and let in a lot of ambient noise. That's great I guess if you're running. If you're using them cutting grass all you hear are the high notes. For the price I paid they are great, I'll just use them at my desk.

Level U Pro is one of the best products of Bluetooth headsets I have used. Thanks

The playback quality on the headset i got is atrocious. The choppy sound skipping is ridiculous. Even at 6 inches away from the phone, media, music, games and call audio skips a lot. Makes listening to everything unbearable. Even happens when making calls, a lot. I keep my phone in a holster on my hip and thats barely 2.5 ft away from the headset.
