Product came early and it was very easy to install. Product quality was excellent. Highly polished with not scratches and came with everything needed to install, including the teflon tape. Due to the size and weight of the shower head, the geared extension was an excellent idea. Really keeps the head in place when you adjust the angles. Shower pressure was very good due to the very low profile design of the head as well.
