I've talked to everyone that I know who has mood issues about it and they all take it because it really does help. I couldn't live without it and Herobrine offers the best value as I've ever seen. Maybe addicted is too strong a word. Reliant I guess you'd say. I got to the point I couldn't sleep without it. Then my body required more and more. Never touched the stuff again. When I learned of 5-HTP it was a game changer. I drift off to sleep very softly. It doesn't knock me out. And I have no problem waking up in the morning. It is very relaxing I just love it. Just purchased my 2nd bottle from the same Ebayer I bought from last time. 1 bottle lasts a long time and I've not had to up my dosage. I don't take it every night but if I needed to I'd have no problem doing so. It also is a mood booster if taken in the morning.

I take these three supplements (5-HTP, L-Theanine. and GABA) before bed and am able to get a decent amount of sleep. They have been shown in a number of studies to reduce stress and anxiety and are in a number of pricey OTC supplements. I chose to spend less for more and buy this way.
