The Waterpik cordless water flosser seemed like a good idea, but it just isn't very practical. It is almost impossible not to make a mess when using it. Water flies everywhere, no matter how careful you try to be. The only solution is to use it in the shower. Unfortunately, the reservoir is not big enough and you run out of water before you are finished flossing. To top it off, the unit is way too big to be practical for travel unless you have unlimited luggage space. Even then, the unit is likely to get damaged in its soft bag. Although not portable, the Waterpik Aquarius corded unit is a far better choice. It has a much larger reservoir and easily controlled water pressure, It's far less likely to make a mess.
