I do like these as a sleep aid, but it increases low mood and depression the next day. It usually hits late morning/early afternoon after using the night before. It probably doesn’t do this for most people, but please be aware of the possibility.

I had only tried taking the pill twice and it did knock me out but it made me very tired the next day at work. I would highly recommend to take only when you can get a full 8 hrs of rest and not need to be fully alert the next day. Good for weekend catch-up. Still good product if your looking for rest.
