Extremely happy with the unit i received. It was packed pretty well and everything came as described in the sale. It was installed in a garage so aesthetics wasn't important to us My friend and I installed this on a Sunday. Took us approximately 6 hours. This was the first time we ever did a project like this. Bought a vacuum pump, the gauges and hours of watching YouTube videos and we had this mini split successfully installed. Would definitely purchase from this seller again.

Not much to share. Unit is very, very quite. Bought it at the change of seasons. So in the two weeks I've had the unit it transitioned from cooling to heating. Both very efficient and comfort regulating the temp. I had never used a 120 power unit. Connected it to a regular wall outlet. No problems with dropped circuits or low power.
