Like new. No marks of any kind ..picture quality like any 1920x1800 screen. One negative is the design. Has a metal stub for the stand but if you want to put it on vesa mount it's kind of an eye sore. But over all great!

It works right out of the box. Very good image quality with excellent value. For on screen control software, you need to download the software from LG support website. I bought it as an open-box item, so I didn't have the CD. You may not need to download if you have the CD.
