I have tried many many diets but so far using this supplement and eating 2 eggs for breakfast, cereal for lunch, and taking two capsules with or before my dinner (any kind of dinner no matter what the choice), I have gotten leaner, more muscular, my mobility has improved. And, above all I have achieved managed weight reduction. I was already on the egg and cereal diet, but once I added the Carb and Fat blocker with the dinner, wham, immediate weight loss of 5 LBS the first week. I plan on continuing this diet. I’m a 40 year old women who has tried almost every kind of diet and none of them worked as well without taking this supplement with or before a big meal. It’s really just a matter of remembering to take it. I can’t say what the weight loss answer is for everyone, but I found one that ... Sorry, but it just doesn't work.
I really like giving positive reviews and almost always do but not this time. I strictly followed the instructions but this pricey product did absolutely nothing for me. Nada. Nothing at all. It is a complete and total waste of money. Don't buy it. You've been warned.
