After using the pen one time the whitening gel would not come out the end of the pen and then the applicator popped off the end. Could not reattach the end back onto the end of the pen. All 3 pens did the exact same thing.. Very disappointed in the product.

Product needs to be used at bedtime for maximum results. Whitener will only stay on surface of teeth for a short period of time but better results are visible when used at night.

I bought this thinking it was a great deal. I previously used a 35% teeth whitener from another website and saw results within 7 days. I was hoping a 45% whitener would give me results in 3-5 days. I've been using this product everyday for over a week and the shade of my teeth (an off white color) has not changed. With a peroxide solution this strong you should be seeing results in days. I'm guessing the percentage they advertise must be significantly lower. Very disappointed :(I bought this thinking it was a great deal.
