I was never informed that it was a "review" copy. I was under the impression that it was "brand new"...also, there was some stain on the front...looked like a coffee stain.
This was the older version of the book but did the job. I earned an "A" in the class and the material was covered properly. Great examples in the book and easy to read.
I like the textbook because I'm using it for a course. I decided to buy it because the price was very reasonable.
