The new edition of this highly successful book maintains the superb balance between structure and function. It continues to emphasize the correlations between normal physiology and pathophysiology, normal anatomy and pathology, and homeostasis and homeostatic imbalances. Book was listed as 'very good' condition, but when it arrived the cover had stains, creases and folds, and a small tear on one edge. It was packaged ok and the packaging was not damaged, so this was not something that happened during shipping. I messaged them and they replied quickly and instructed me to initiate a return through eBay. I was refunded the full price in less than an hour. Great customer service!

  • Principles of Anatomy and Physiology the review

This textbook is absolutely wonderful for learning Anatomy and Physiology. All of the professors at Delgado Community College decided on this textbook for the students, and I see why. The illustrations in the book are very good, and it is easy to read and understand. I will definitely keep this book for future reference after finishing Anatomy and Physiology.

  • principles of Anatomy and Physiology

I decided to buy this book for my granddaughter who is attending college. I am trying to help two grandaughters who are both attending college this year. The seller was easy to work with and very accomodating. I appreciate receiving the book in time for college to start. Thanks

  • Buy the international edition! Cheaper for the same thing.

I bought the international edition of the 12th edition of this book for my anatomy and physiology class. The international version does look different, but as far as I can tell so far the text is exactly the same. Even better- it comes in two separate parts, so I only have to carry one volume to class, which is 1/2 the weight of carrying the full book.

  • Great deal!!!!!

I bought this book and all my classmates are mad, because I got it brand new, alot cheaper, and it comes in two sections. So now, unlike them, I do not have to carry that huge book around all the time. There was another student in my class, that purchased this same book. So it looks like we know who the smart ones are already. lol It is a great book and exactly the same!!! It also has a thin red book that helps you tremendously with the bones and the body! So glad I found it!
