I purchased this book for a college class where the 24th edition was the book recommended. so, i thought the 23rd edition would work,as it often does in other classes. well, the learning info is the same, but the examples and practice questions (that the teachers uses as homework assignment) were different. it included the same info, but the names and figures were incorrect, making it impossible to work for the class because I was not able to follow along the lecture and teacher was not able to grade homework since the figures were different. I ended up buying the 24th edition for a lot more.
This fabulous USED text book saved me $120.00 off the book store price. The cover was a little worn-- but I don't mind. In today's economy, it's all about saving where you can. I enJOY my class more knowing that I did not have to spend an arm and a leg for the text book, thanks to ebay and the lister! Sincerely, Baby Whydahywynkyn
This book is the international version but it is the same and has a lot of great information in it. I don't think I will even bother trying to re-sell it when my class is done. Its information that can be used for a long time!
I love the fact that answers to most questions are included in the textbook. For example if you have a four part question, at least one of the anwers is provided (to the student). I think it's a good thing because it allows you to know whether or not you are on the right track - and if your answer do not match what is provided then you know you need to rework the problem.
I needed this item for my accounting class. even though it didn't have the original cover it was the same book that the rest of the class had. i kinda like that the cover was different. that way i don't have to worry about anybody claiming my book for there's.
