  • Excellent reference guide for anyone remodeling a home!

We are remodeling a 100 year old farm home and rewiring everything including the service panel ourselves. We were looking for a book that was above and beyond the basics, but still was easy to follow. This book is that and more. It is more expensive than most wiring books but is well worth the price. It even comes with floor plans showing examples of wiring for different rooms in the home. If you buy this book for a refernce do-it-yourself guide you will not be disappointed, considering how much you will save over the cost of hiring an electrician.

  • good book

good book for code and proper way of doing things. I just got it, but from what I have read so far its one of my better books. if you don't wire houses that often I would highly recommend it to keep you up to date on new products that seem to be in every new home. similar to Mike Holt book. (there's a lot of pictures as well)
