Spend the extra money and buy gaskets from the manufacturer, it might save your life!
I’ve ordered things in the past from whygostock and never had an issue (both water pump replacement and sprocket replacement are perfect) until now, but I’m very disappointed in this clutch cover gasket I ordered about a month ago. After installing the gasket, and completing an oil change I let my bike warm up and inspected for leaks, after seeing none I decided to go for a ride. About 30 minutes and 20 miles into the ride my bike started to pour oil from the clutch cover all over my rear tire on the I-15 freeway in downtown Las Vegas . Today I finally had a day off and decided to open it up and see what happened assuming that there was just something not allowing the gasket to make a proper seal or something stupid like that, To my surprise finding that the gasket had melted and ...
