I made a mistake on my order by accidentally putting in the wrong address. They corrected it within 16 hours of my message about the mistake by refunding me. I then re-purchased and got it very quickly, roughly 3 days after order.
The crash bars went on my 2009 KLR 650 without too much struggle. Although the placement is workable it isn't easy but that isn't the products fault just the general design of the motorcycle. They feel incredibly solid on the bike and will definitely protect it.

Great Seller, sadly package came damaged and was damaged my shipping company. Seller responded reasonably quick to make the situation right. We compromised with the purchase problem and was resolved fairly. The seller was on top of making sure that I was happy with the deal we made with the package being damaged by shipping company.
