I gave the seller 4, not 5, on communication because the seller could not tell me if the Kawasaki service manual I was looking for was the same as this, and suggested I call a Kawasaki dealer. The dealer told me that this item supersedes what I was looking for. Aside from that lack of knowledge, the seller was honest, with good communication, and the item (once I found out what it was) was as described, and fairly priced.
