Product arrived in its original packaging which was damaged and taped together. Actual item undamaged but not repackaged properly in its original packaging. Kawasaki parts express was very particular and strict about shipping & sales policy. When questioned about the validity of the product they got very upset an became rude an said “I don’t really care I will just cancel your order!” Not the kinda customer service I’m used to. They have good prices just don’t question them on it.
