I do not like the way they do business - no mention that fabrication takes "7-10 days" anywhere in the description. They marked it as shipped immediately, but my item did not actually ship until a week later. Messages sent to the seller were either ignored or disregarded. Product is not great either, very thin material for a seat cover - it fit in a package the size of a sandwich. All around I would certainly never purchase anything from this seller again.

They print a shipping label so that it is listed as shipped and you cannot cancel the item and then you don’t hear from them or get the item in the mail. Zero communication or updates.
If I don’t receive a refund I will be disputing the charge with credit card company as FRAUD.
