Kit worked out great on 1971 CB175, don't know about the tiny o-ring
I don't see any use for the smallest o-ring, but otherwise the kit worked out great for my 1971 CB175 K4. I would be interested to know if Honda is still making these. Certainly looks brand new.

These are the right parts
These are the right gaskets and O-rings. Some of the other kits have problems. The bowl gasket is 3-ply and maintains its shape and seal better than the "no swell" single ply gaskets.
