Carb worked on 05 Bayou 250. I just had to play around with the air fuel mix screw. I found that 1 turn out from it being lightly seated worked good. I then adjusted the idle screw. Works good idles great. Only issue with carb would be the fuel inlet is smaller than the stock. I re used the stock fuel line and used a small clamp to hold it on the carb fuel inlet.

The carb is perfect...just had to do the 5 min install and my wheeler fired right up...only had to adjust idle slightly and within 7 mins it runs perfectly and has been rode hard and put up very muddy ever since

Adjustments for carburetor
This carburetor that I bought was terrible. I was missing o-rings. And after 4 days of trying to adjust it, still will not work. I have no idea what to do about it. So so disgusting. Sorry but I will not make the same mistake twice. Hope they will enjoy 30.00.
