I ordered a starter for my kawasaki SXR 800. The order was handled in a short timeframe. The package arrived at the address of a friend of mine, since I live outside the US, within 3 days. In the beginning when the package arrived there was an issue. I contacted the seller and they looked into it and tried to help out from their end which is appreciated. The issue got resolved by the USPS itself. Prices are good. I will order in the future from them again.

Ad picture/descriptions lead you to believe you were getting a Bosch starter. Item showed up in a unsealed Denso box and was nothing like in pictures. Although the starter was identical to the Denso starter I was replacing, there were no part numbers, labels or branding. For all I this is a cheap Chinese knock off with a Bosch/Denso Price. Ad said item location was Morrisville, NC. item actually shipped from POMPANO BEACH, FL. Please do a better job with being up front on your listings.
