Fast and attentive service and support by the seller. Item exactly as described. We are pleased with the seller's actions and quality of the product as well as protection the packaging gave the product. The carrier however. Not so much. A normal shipping time from TX to NM is 3 to 4 days. Tops. The carrier had the item in their possession for 7 days failing to post accurate tracking for 4 days of that time. Carrier missed their projected delivery date by 3 days! Longest TX to NM shipping ever!
