I am finding it impossible to mount this item on my 2004 HD Dyna Low Rider. The cross bracket does not match up with any fittings on the bike. There are no mounting instructions so I probably have to return the order. The product is good quality so I would prefer advice on how to mount it.Please advise

Shipping time was ok on my 1st order which arrival damaged possibly during shipping as there was some visible damage to the packaging. The seller was great he quickly respond to my return request and got me out a replacement asap. Communication was great and the replacement arrival faster then the 1st delivery.
