This is a great value compared to similar products. It has all the features at a fraction of other models. It comes with a remote and you can customize your session. Very fast shipping I had a issue with another foot massage and they picked the ball up and I had it for Christmas

The bad about the product is the remote control did not work, the speed and direction button controls did not function, only few button controls are working. The good it was delivered on time. I wouldn't recommend the product to others.
