The seller sent the item in a plastic bag instead of a box and it arrived damaged so it is a wasted purchase. I now have to pay additional to replace the item. For me to replace the outer case, it will cost over $20 which makes this very expensive.

I apologize that your item arrived damaged. I wish you would have reached out to me to let me know. I would have tried to correct the problem for you. The item was wrapped in plastic for protection and shipped in a shipping bag and taped up for protection as well. Again, I apologize that it arrived damaged.
