The app is great, however it does have an upgradable version that costs a fee. Not perfect accuracy for finding it around the house, as the speaker may fall short if muffled by another object. It does give peace of mind of weather or not the item is home however. Another issue I have is that your bluetooth must always be on and connected. If you were to lose an item, disconnect from bluetooth by accident, then noticed the missing item you are out of luck. Overall great product for the price!
