First frustrating experience in my eBay history.
The resolution saga continues to get my money back.
Item was listed as NEW.
The Item was in fact Used & defected as one of the lights did not work and the package showed such.
The seller is claiming another scenario of which there's no way of proving.
Seller has been rude, useless in the resolve to get a refund and has put the problem on me to correct by other means.
Needless to say, I won't be back.
Its that simple :)

Sellers beware! This buyer leaves unfair feedback. My item was just as described in my listing. It was damaged by USPS during shipment which is beyond my control if it truly was not working. The item was shipped insured which I informed this buyer. It's a very simple process that I explained to the her. I have sold many items and rarely have an issue. My feedback will speak for itself compared to this buyers of 31. Leaves feedback out of spite to tarnish sellers perfect feedback!
