This is a nice product. Only complaint is that the cluster size is so large on the default formatting of it that if you put a lot of small files on it, it won't hold near as much as it could/should. Reformatting to NTFS (or other compatible format) with a smaller cluster size (allocation unit size with Windows Format) takes care of the problem (and it still works well). Example: I moved a Train Simulator that had a lot of add-ons (with small files) and it took well over 700GB (but on my hard drive it was just over 200GB) ... literally tripled the space used on the SSD drive vs space used on the hard drive ... after moving everything back to the hard drive, reformatting the SSD with the smallest cluster size available and moving it all back to the SSD drive again, it was back down to the hard drive equivalent in space used. If you store a bunch of large videos on the SSD drive, the default format will likely be fine. Otherwise, you might consider reformatting before using.Read full review

Wonderful drive. I bought it to replace a spinning platter drive containing my many photos. Access by Lightroom and Photoshop was slow with the old drive. The SSD is much faster! Also, I got the traditional SanDisk quality I've enjoyed for years.
