Difficult to put together, but great bargain for the price.. really good quality when all is said and done, the sink basin is very large in a great way.. I ended up not wanting the leg rest and lever so just used it as a chair to take up less space

The only reason the price would be right is the ceramic bowl. The legs rest handle keeps coming loose. I had to cut wholes in the leather where the screws go. Some of the screws have no base so they never get tight. Make sure you have tools to fit in tight areas. There were no reviews for this bowl so I figured it was something newer. The connections for the sink are foreign and hard to find parts. Wish I had more pics but... hope this helps someone.

Ordered these sink/chair systems and once we put one together, it was far below satisfactory. The chair sits back so far that the neck of the sink cuts into clients neck/shoulders. There is a continuous issue with leaking around sink base and trying to assemble the pieces together is a nightmare. No holes in leather, fun trying to get the holes through the material. Also, instructions were horrible, no words, just pictures.. cannot use due to client discomfort

Be prepared to go to the hardware store for extra fittings to hook this up to your plumbing. The supplied gaskets are junk. All the supplied water lines are not US standardized parts. Instructions are the worst I have ever seen, and will cost you hours just trying to decipher. Do not trust the pre-assembled parts, as they were not put together correctly from the factory. Chair padding is stiff. Arm rest mounts are flimsy. The actual sink is solid, good quality.

This Shampoo Bowl is terrible. Maybe if there were better directions it could had possibly been a little better. We could never use the leg rest. We ended up having to add wood under the seat to tilt the chair back into the sink. We have used this item for about 6 months (we had no other choice) and soak most of our clients daily. We were very disappointed.
