Seller was kinda rude when I asked when the item would be shipped out as I had paid 5 days earlier and simply asked… the reply was “I have 3 business days to ship”. Maybe it was the weekend, but I am in a customer service type of industry and communication is key. The reply was lackluster and uncaring, maybe he/she was having a bad day. I will say the packaging was done very well it just took a lot longer to get here than other items I’ve purchased, even after I bought this item.
