Watch was listed as: No Returns Accepted. Watch was also listed as Previously Used: (see Ebay info.) Watch was not in working order - battery was dead. Watch band was torn & in need of cleaning. Seller offered $10 (which I did not want) or a return. I understood No Returns Accepted to mean No Returns Accepted. So, I was confused by this seller.

My exact response: “I apologize. It was sitting for a few years my wife maybe wore it once, I pulled it out of the box, took a pic and listed it on the low end price of others listed that day. I’d like to at least send you a $10 Credit. Or I will accept return if you want. I’m all about just wanting people to be satisfied and my sales reputation relys on my feedback so whatever you want just let me know I am super reasonable.”
I stand by that. I would still accept return for full refund.
