Arrival time was three or four days after order was placed. It was the best packing job I have ever seen. But the 12 inch glass was broken maybe because it wasn't well retained in the bezel. Because the package was not damaged, UPS refused to pay for using it as a football. It experienced G forces. Seller is sending a replacement glass just like the new glass that broke. Under the paper dial was a zinc dial that showed that it was made in Manchester by H Samuel. I will save the seller.
