I was looking for a replacement for my old sound bar (different brand,which died after 2 years) and found this Vizio online. It seemed, by the description, like just what I was looking for and the price was right. After ordering it, I received it in a timely manner and in excellent condition. We put it together easily and I have been enjoying it ever since. For a small unit (as opposed to a large home theater system), the sound is excellent and enhances my viewing and listening experience. I'm very happy with it!
Can't beat the price or ease of setting up. This just what my flat screen TV needed. Flat screens don't have the depth to pump it out, for a while I thought I was losing my hearing as everything was muffled. Later I hooked up my surround sound to it and things were better, but I had to switch to mute on my TV each time. Now everything starts from the get-go. I especially like the wireless sub, and it's small size. My wife used to ask where the speakers were, nice slim enclosure that can really pump it out. I plan to remove my surround sound speakers altogether once I get my optical cord and hookups.
Bought this to enhance TV speakers for movies and music. I wanted a wireless subwoofer as I have terrazzo throughout home and didn't want exposed wires. At first I could not get the Subwoofer to pair with the soundbar. Went to Vizio website to troubleshoot problem, still didn't work. Seller sent me the 800 number to Vizio and within 20 minutes had problem resolved! I am very pleased with results, size and output of this soundbar especially for the price. Sound is good, bass and treble adjusts well. Based on the help Vizio offered, I'll always check them first before making any electronic purchase!
Subwoofer could not be turned on directly. Remote fell apart in my hands when I tried to operate it to turn on subwoofer. Possibly just a defect from factory.

I bought this sound bar to improve the sound when I use my dvd player to play cd's. It produces a good sound . It doesn't exceed my expectations in any way. I had a problem with the remote and had to call customer service. My problem was solved . Customer sevice was helpful . I'm happy with this product but also happy that I didn't pay any more for it.
