Buyer beware ! Painting arrived wrapped in a single sheet of cardboard . Frame was broken and sticking out of the box . Zero care in wrapping an item I payed 700 dollars for plus shipping . The sellers response was the custom frame was not even worth 5 dollars . Unapologetic. Did not try and work out a solution for partial refund on a new frame . Buyer became unreasonable and even made threats against my account . I never leave a negative feedback but this was an obligation to all

Offered buyer a FULL Refund. But he instead wrote several long hysterical messages including Threatening me with a bad feedback and then asked me to send him a "partial refund and an Apology". I did not send him a partial payment with his threat of a bad feedback. Again I told him to Return for a Full Refund. But as you can see, he followed through with his Threat. There was no way to make him happy.

Thanks so much for your patience. Ran into the all too familiar unpredictable and unreliable Post Office having to contact them several times to get the package moving. Eventually the package surfaced from the Post Office “black hole” and was delivered, and customer was a pleasure to deal with all the way through.
