It was a very nice deal, but the seller only put it in an unlined mailer. Arrived with one of the mallets completely snapped in half! Messaged seller, who was unwilling to make it right- I even offered to cover half the cost of replacing the mallets, which meant they only would have refunded me $3.50 for something that was pictured whole & intact in their listing. This was to be a gift- I am VERY disappointed! Buyer beware.

This item was shipped intact. This issue was related to how USPS likely throwed around the package and sadly broke one of the mallets.
