These earrings arrived missing one crystal stone, which was not shown in the photo listing as the dangle was upside down. Messaged Andrew from Crazie Marios eBay store and received a refund on the price, shipping, and tax paid. Excellent customer service to resolve issues after purchase, but quality control is needed to inspect jewelry for damage before it is listed and sold.
