The item was as described but was not fully functional upon arrival. The AC adapter for the power pack was DOA. The power pack itself worked fine. Communication with the seller was not productive and he seems unwilling to do anything to correct the situation. Items should be tested before being sold and if not, then this should be in the description for the item. Returning the item was at my expense was more expensive than purchasing a new AC adapter so I decided to keep the item.

Item was as described, albeit the seals had what looked like soil or dirt stuck to the adhesive. However, I was aware of the “New (Other)” designation when purchasing, but for fellow collectors seeking sealed products, that may be a factor to consider. The bidding price was fair and the shipping was quick and well packaged. Tahu approved :)
