Iten sold as new in box. Item arrived broken out of box. Seller states shipped out of box to protect item. Yet broken at neck. I Contacted seller and first they tried to tell me that it's supposed to be. Then seller told me that I should just "glue it back on" and they'd give $3 back when the purchase was $32. Later telling me how difficult a return is and $5. Seller made every effort to not accept responsibility. Seller does everything not to solve mistakes. I would not buy/ recommend at all

The item was in great shape as pictured, however it did not have the functions I had hoped it would have which I guess should be expected for a $30 figure, I ended up purchasing the $300 figure that is customizable unlike this one. The product came fast and the seller was quick to respond to any questions that I had. I would buy again from this seller, but I wish the details of some items they are selling were more detailed.
