Product Information

Designed for use with Sega's Light Phaser gun, Marksman Shooting/Trap Shooting is two games in one. Marksman Shooting is a potentially good game that requires a steady hand, quick shooting and good aim. However, the lack of "innocents" to avoid (such as in Hogan's Alley) and the ability for the player to "cheat" (guiding shot marks until one connects with the bulls-eye is an easy way to beat the earlier levels since shots are unlimited) brings the game down several notches. As with Marksman Shooting, shot detection for Trap Shooting is spot-on. However, the skeet shooting action isn't as enjoyable Duck Hunt for the NES. Bland graphics and sounds round out the not-so-well-rounded package. <!--book-->

    2 great games to play with the sega light phaser

    MARKSMAN SHOOTING, puts you in training with the FBI. When the clock starts ticking, the targets start jumping, you start shooting. TRAP SHOOTING, demands a skillful keen eye and faultless split-second reactions. As you tramp through the muddy grasslands, or a dense forest, you must keep your wits in this realistic clay pigeon shooting game. Only dead-on shots will let you go to the next round.
