Terrible experience with seller - no where in their ad does it say it’s a pre order and there is a lead time. This was supposed to be a gift. I asked for refund and they refused and this was 10 days after the purchase date and the item still wasn’t shipped. No longer want the item had to buy a different gift

Buyer doesn't appear to know how to read/comprehend terms of sale. These units have an extended handling timeframe (20 business days) due to their complexity of assembly. This was not due to ship out until December 21st; buyer knew this information upon purchase yet 10 days after completing the transaction, he demanded a refund. We told him the system would ship nearly 2 weeks ahead of schedule and arrive well before Xmas but he then threatened a chargeback. He is dishonest & a manipulator.
