The binder's center creases do not appear to have been opened or read, and the user will most likely be opening them for the first time. They have some storage wear on the large seams (pics), yet one can see the seams are unblemished. Single owner, engineer, serious collector of comics, Com-icon fanatic stuff, LEGOs, and unique Kickstarter games whom took excellent care of his collectibles. These are estate sale items. They are unofficially graded at 8.0 for Ebay. Two (2) comics per cardboard backed sleeves (overlap plastic wraps). Comics have most likely been stored in the original sleeves, and outer wrapping, and inside a chest, untouched for years. We did not remove the sleeves for photos. Probate estate sale "as is" auction. Comics have always been stored in an environmentally controlled condo in Hollywood, indoor, in A.C. Quality item, shipping, and delivery.”
