Although we can't respond to ten messages a minute, we do our best and we did provide an immediate refund after our discussing and clarifying the issue which was a technical error by eBay's shipping calculator as we have never had an issue regarding packaging or shipping. Being asked to pay additional shipping charges is unacceptable and we notified eBay.
