The correct tracking number provided by the seller in response to my first feedback posting showed that the package was delivered, yet I had not received it. It turns out that the Post Office delivered it to my elderly neighbor next door. Unfortunately he did not read the label on his way out of the house, thinking it was a package for his tenant. The package was found in his truck. Items were as described and is now one of my saved, and recommended sellers!

Hello,
I was out of town when I received the message that you had not received your books, so I did not have access to the shipping records. I issued your refund immediately, since I knew that you should have received the package weeks before.
On my return I discovered that I had made a typo in the tracking number, inadvertently repeating 4 of the numbers. The correct USPS tracking # is 9549014178033304487431.
USPS says it was delivered on 11/4/23, so it is clearly not on it’s way. Craig

Thank you for the explanation but I never received the package. And had it been delivered to the wrong address on my block, the neighbor would have brought it over and personally handed it to me. Mistakes happen but I appreciate your apology and prompt refund. I regret the negative review. Perhaps it can be updated to reflect a positive review?
