I would have gladly resolved this with the buyer let me know prior to submitting a bad review. I cannot control what a post office in Illinois does and would have gladly compensated him for his time and cost of additional postage had he communicated with me. I have sold around 100 cards in the last couple of months and this happened with USPS one other time when shipping a single card and I was able to make the buyer happy with a refund.
