Seller is very honest, friendly and takes customer service very serious. DVD case and artwork was not as described but since the seller had accepted my offer it was a good deal as the disc was in perfect shape, seller apologized with a handwritten note in the package, I did not want a refund but seller sent me one anyway with another hand written message. I've dealt with hundreds of great people on eBay and Norman is one of the best and definitely one of a kind.
