I have nothing good to say about the seller. I purchased a 5"x7" hockey card that was in pristine condition right out or the package. When the card arrived it was damaged from shipment as it had not been in a protective top loader. Over a dozen pen size dents and a crease. The seller agreed to give a refund but has yet to do so, providing excuses as to why he hasn't. Would not do transactions again with this seller and would hate to see other people be treated in the same manner as I have been.

Item received was NOT 4k as advertised and pictured. Received a nice bonus hockey card with it along with the firestick being being preloaded with everything you'd hope to get with extras. Seller seems nice and responsive. Offered to make it good. Upon follow up though its seems his life got a little busy so looks like I'm going to have to settle for his apology and eat the cost of the purchase and buy 4k device from a different seller.
